When it comes to choosing the perfect bathroom you only have one chance to get it right and we understand that it can sometimes be confusing as to which products you need and how they actually work. We hope you will find the answers to any questions either within the brochure or here on our website, but if not, do not worry, simply contact us via one of the methods shown on our contact page and we will be happy to assist with product selection or supply technical advice.

Our confidence in the quality and reliability of our brassware enables us to provide a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products from the date of purchase (1 year on cartridges, shower heads, handsets and hoses). The guarantee covers all products installed in domestic installations provided they have been installed and cared for in accordance with our installation guides, any water regulations in force at the time of installation and that proof of purchase is available. In the unlikely event a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we agree to provide, at our discretion, either a replacement product or part (or nearest equivalent) thereof. The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, damage during installation or incorrect cleaning.
